January 2009Welcome to HIMSS AsiaPac09 Exhibitor E-News, the monthly electronic publication that gives you the most up-to-date information and opportunities available exclusively for exhibitors. IMPORTANT DATES23 January 2009 – Pico Order Forms are due 23 January 2009 – All Kuala Lumpur Convention Center order forms are due If you would like to order food and beverage, catering, cleaning services, audio visual, communications, plumbing, potted plants, rigging or security, please be sure to visit the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center Services section of the Exhibitor Service Manual. 9 February 2009 – Private Demonstration Request Forms due Private Demonstrations are meetings that exhibiting companies host in their booth with potential clients during non-exhibit hours (see times below). You can host a private demonstration anytime in your booth during exhibition hours. Private Demonstrations may be held only during the following dates and times:
9 February 2009 – Booth Giveaways and Raffle Forms due It is required that you notify AsiaPac09 of your intention to raffle or give away any item at your booth. The Booth Giveaways and Raffles Form can be found in the exhibitor service manual under Marketing Opportunities. EXHIBITOR NEWS BRIEFSWith the marketing campaign for HIMSS AsiaPac09 in full force, we have developed an online Marketing Toolkit that you can leverage with your clients and marketing channels. Please use these materials to help promote HIMSS AsisPac09. For your convenience, we have developed Web banners, high-res flyers, e-mail pushes and electronic e-mail signatures. For marketing support and inquiries, please contact the marketing team: Exhibitor Badge Registration is now open, and you should have received an email regarding your badge allotment. If you have not received an email about how to register for your exhibitor and client badges, please contact: Nina Melissa Exhibiting companies will receive two complimentary exhibitor badges and one complimentary client badge per 3m x 3m booth purchased. After the original allotment has been distributed, additional exhibitor badges may be purchased for MYR 195 ($55.00 USD) each and additional client badges may be purchased for MYR 370 ($105.00 USD) each.
