May 7 or ASAP Exhibitor logos due for marketing collateral, email, ads
May 10, 2010 Submit your email push message to HIMSS for approval and delivery to all pre-registered attendees.
May 14, 2010 Final Exhibit Payment Due
May 17, 2010 Pre-Show Attendee mailing list sent out via email to all confirmed exhibitors. Mailer must be approved by HIMSS before attendee list is sent to you.
May 18, 2010 First day Freeman will accept shipments at their warehouse. Remember: all shipments must be sent to the Freeman warehouse
May 18, 2010 Company 50 word description Due in the Online Buyer’s Guide
May 25, 2010 Promotional insert flyer to be sent to the Freeman warehouse in order to be given to all attendees at show site (see Virginia Geoghegan for correct labeling of package)
June 1, 2010 Freeman Order Forms Due
June 1, 2010 Internet Order Form Due
June 7, 2010 Audio Visual Equipment Order Form Due
June 7, 2010 Exhibitor Registration Due
June 8, 2010 Last day Freeman will accept shipments at their warehouse. Items that arrive after June 8 at the Freeman warehouse will be charged at a premium rate.

Exhibitor Move-In Begins at 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM on June 15
Exhibitor Move-Out Begins at 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM on June 15
June 25, 2010 Post-Conference Attendee mailing list sent out via email to all confirmed exhibitors. Mailer must be pproved by HIMSS before attendee list is sent to you.
