Booth Fees
Exhibit booths are 3m x 3m or multiples thereof.

Corner Surcharge
A €400* per corner (i.e. an island has four corners, a corner booth has one corner and an inline booth has no corners).
*Denmark VAT of 25% not included in price of exhibit and will be added to the total.
How to Earn Exhibitor Priority Points
• 1 point for every 9 square meters of exhibit space you purchase for World of Health IT 2008
• 1 point for each $2,500 in sponsorship you purchase for World of Health IT 2008 Exhibit Space Contracts & Payments Received
• 10 points for World of Health IT 2008 exhibit space contracts received on or before May 2, 2008
• 15 points for full payment of World of Health IT 2008 exhibit space by August 8, 2008 Housing
• 10 points for companies that confirm hotel room needs for World of Health IT with our official housing contractor by September 5, 2008 Exhibitor Product & Service Directory
• 10 points for populating your data in the World of Health IT 2008 Exhibitor’s Product and Service Directory by September 5, 2008 Survey
• 5 points for exhibitors who complete the World of Health IT 2008 post show survey by December 5, 2008
