2. Exhibitor Product & Services Directory (Exhibitor listing with company description)
Don’t miss this opportunity to gain additional market exposure! On the HIMSS AsiaPac Web site we have created a space for attendees to learn from you about your company. You will be able to include your company logo, booth number, contact information, Web site, company categories and a 50 word description of your company.
Please visit the HIMSS AsiaPac08 portal site to complete your company profile beginning 14 January. To access your company’s profile, you will need your username and password. This information can be found in your booth confirmation letter that will be sent to you by Christina Dorsey on 11 January.

3. Exhibitor Badge Registration
Exhibitor Badge Registration will open online on the HIMSS AsiaPac08 exhibitor page in March.
Exhibiting companies will receive two complimentary exhibitor badges* and one complimentary client badge per 3m x 3m booth purchased. After original allotment has been met, additional exhibitor badges may be purchased for HKD 430 ($55.00 USD) each and additional client badges may be purchased for HKD 820 ($105.00 USD) each.
*Please note: Each exhibitor badge and client badge will allow access into all conference education sessions and the Opening Reception.

Exhibiting companies have the opportunity to purchase a 3mx6m vendor headquarter space. Each vendor headquarter booth space includes four hard walls with lockable door and an identification sign with your company logo.
