9/17/07 — Receive 15 points for full payment of exhibit space prior to this date

9/28/07 — Interoperability Demonstration applications due

10/01/07 — Marketing Toolkit becomes available on HIMSS08 Web site

10/11/07 — Marketing & Sponsorship for HIMSS08 Webinar at 2:00 pm EST

10/12/07 — Exhibitors’ Product & Service Directory information due in order to receive 10 exhibitor priority points.

10/12/07 — Receive 10 points for confirming hotel room needs with Ambassadors by this date

10/15/07 — Booth space will be released if 100% of booth balance is not paid

10/15/07 — New Product Showcase information accepted online

10/15/07 — Advanced exhibitor and client registration opens online

11/30/07 — Pre-Conference “free” brochure available to send to potential clients

2/06/08 — The following Freeman order forms are due by this date to receive discount pricing: Booth carpet, furniture, accessories, carpet cleaning, installation and dismantle, material handling, booth packages, and transportation

2/08/08 — AV & PC rental order form due by this date to receive discount pricing

2/08/08 — Booth giveaways and raffles form due

2/11/08 — If requested, badges will be mailed to the official primary contact person

2/11/08 — Last day for freight to be received at the warehouse without incurring late fees

2/15/08 — First Time Exhibitor Literature Kiosk order form due

2/15/08 — Media Liaison form due online

2/18/08 — Booth Catering (Levy) order forms due

2/20/08 — CardPak Targeted Advertising post-conference order form and graphics due

1/29-2/28/08 — If registration changes are made online between these dates, badges must be picked up onsite

3/21/08 — Post-show attendee mailing labels due (Diamond/Platinum only – cap of 65 orders)

3/31/08 — Exhibitor survey due - receive 4 points for completing the online survey by this date
