Promote your after hours event, raffles, giveaways, demonstrations and much more. Now you can place your extra events on the Special Events Calendar within the HIMSS Conference Planner so attendees can add your special event to their "Must Do Activities." Database is now available.
Have you made your transporation arrangments for your special event pick up at the Convention Center? If you have we ask that you please fill out the Special Events Shuttle Information sheet and send back to our official transporation company so they can accomodate your needs at the Convention Center.
