Onsite booth selection for the HIMSS09 Conference & Exhibition will take place at the Orange County Convention Center from Tuesday, February 26 – Wednesday, February 27, 2008 in Room W105B – BELOW Hall A.

Contracts will be provided in the booth selection room.
Booth Selection will be located in Room W105B – BELOW Hall A at the Orange County Convention Center.
A deposit is required to secure exhibit space. The deposit schedule is noted below.
Onsite Booth Selection Deposits ~
- 100 square feet = $1,000 deposit required on-site
- 200 – 1000 square feet = $4,000 deposit required on-site
- 1000 – 2500 square feet = $7,500 deposit required on-site
- 2600 square feet or above = $20,000 deposit required on-site
This information will also be included in the booth selection package that will be placed in your exhibit booth on Sunday, February 24.
