Attendee CardPaks – Printed & Electronic Options

Pre- and post-show marketing is critical to ensuring your success at HIMSS09. As an exciting new option for HIMSS09, CardPaks, are now available in both printed and electronic versions. The CardPaks are low-cost, high-impact marketing tools designed to reach the target audience of your choosing before and after HIMSS09. The CardPak opportunity is turn key and therefore maximizes use of your budget dollar while minimizing your effort.

Printed CardPak
Package of 25 cards (maximum) sent to registered attendees in a HIMSS09 branded envelope. Multiple audiences can be purchased.

NEW! Electronic CardPak
Your messaging placed on the HIMSS09 web site. Electronic CardPaks are searchable, by audience, via a list of company names. Companies have the option to select a variety of audiences to target. See detail below for audience options under “Electronic Attendee CardPak Audience Selection”.

Electronic CardPack Example

Printed CardPaks will be sent approximately two weeks prior to the conference. Electronic CardPaks will be posted to the web site within 72 hours of receipt. The CardPaks allow attendees to view your message and plan to take your call to action. The post-show CardPaks will be sent approximately four weeks after the conference to all attendees.
