Exhibitor Badge Registration

Online badge registration is now open and will remain open through the duration of the conference. Exhibitors will be able to make changes, additions, edits to exhibitor and client badges. Pre-registered badges can be picked up onsite beginning Thursday, April 2, 2009 at 12:00 pm.

Types of Badges

• Exhibitor Badges
• Exhibitor Client Badges
• Full Conference Attendee Badges
• 24-Hour Badges
• Technical Badges (Wristband for move-in/move-out labor)

Exhibitor Badges

• Access to the exhibit hall one hour before and one hour after exhibit hours
• Four complimentary exhibitor badges are allotted per 100 NSF of exhibit space rented
• One complimentary client badge is allotted per 100 NSF of exhibit space rented
• Additional exhibitor badges are available for your staff working the booth for $55.00 each and need to be paid for when they are picked up at on-site registration or by credit card with advance registration
• Allow access to education and keynote sessions
• Allow access to the Opening Reception on Sunday night

Client Badges

• Access onto the exhibition hall during exhibition hours only
• Access into the Keynote sessions on Sunday – Wednesday
• Access into the education session on Sunday – Wednesday
• Access into the opening reception on Sunday, April 5
• Receives a Conference totebag and materials
• Additional client badges can be purchased for $175.00 each
