• 2/05/10 Exhibit Guide payment/material due to MedTech Publishing
• 2/05/10 Attendee mailing label order form due (Pre-Conference)
• 2/05/10 Show Daily payment/material due to MedTech
• 2/05/10 LeSack Reservation due to MedTech Publishing
• 2/08/10 The following Freeman order forms are due by this date to receive discount pricing: Booth carpet, furniture, accessories, carpet cleaning, installation and dismantle, material handling, booth packages, hanging sign, and transportation
• 2/10/10 Security form due (overnight and private demonstration)
• 2/11/10 New Product Launch information due online
• 2/12/10 LeSack Materials & payment due to MedTech Publishing
• 2/12/10 AV & PC rental order form due by this date to receive discount pricing
• 2/12/10 Who’s In Charge form due
• 2/12/10 Exhibitor Hosted Events due online
• 2/12/10 Booth giveaways and raffles form due
• 2/15/10 Media Room reservation form due online
• 2/15/10 Last day for freight to be received at the warehouse without incurring late fees
• 2/22-2/28/10 HIMSS10 move in starts – see target move in floor plan
• 3/02/-3/03/10 Onsite booth selection
• 2/02-3/04/10 If registration changes are made online between these dates, badges must be picked up onsite.
• 3/15/10 Attendee mailing label order form due (Post-Conference)
• 3/22/10 Exhibitor survey due - receive 5 points for completing the online survey
