Exhibit Hall G - $3,275 per first 10x10 booth plus $2,900 per each additional10x10 booth

Non-Corporate Member Rate:

Venetian Ballroom - $4,575 per first 10x10 booth plus $4,200 per each additional10x10 booth
Exhibit Halls A-D - $4,375 per first 10x10 booth plus $4,000 per each additional10x10 booth
Exhibit Hall G - $4,075 per first 10x10 booth plus $3,700 per each additional10x10 booth

Exhibitors and attendees will have the opportunity to connect and discuss their health information technology solutions in an environment that provides access to buyers while remaining cost effective.

On-site Booth Selection for the HIMSS13 Conference & Exhibition will take place at the Sand-Venetian Convention Center from Wednesday, February 22 - Friday, February 24, 2012 in Room 304. The information you need to prepare for HIMSS13 Booth Selection is below and includes the following details:

Early Bird Rates

Zone 1 (space along the main cross aisle and select entrances)

Early Bird Corporate Member: $3,375 for first 100 sq ft each additional 100 sq ft is $3,000
Early Bird Non Member: $4,175 for first 100 sq ft each additional 100 sq ft is $3,800
1 Corner: $650 * per corner

Zone 2 (all other spaces)

Early Bird Corporate Member: $3,175 for first 100 sq ft each additional 100 sq ft is $2,800
Early Bird Non Member: $3,975 for first 100 sq ft each additional 100 sq ft is $3,600
1 Corner: $650 * per corner

A deposit is required to secure exhibit space. The deposit schedule is noted below.

Onsite Booth Selection Deposits ~

100 square feet = $1,375 deposit required on-site
200 – 1000 square feet = $4,375 deposit required on-site
1000 – 2500 square feet = $7,375 deposit required on-site
2600 square feet or above = $20,375 deposit required on-site

This information will also be included in the booth selection package that will be placed in your exhibit booth.
