The exhibit booth payment schedule is outlined below as it is in the booth space contract. Exhibit space will be released if the 15 January 2010 payment deadline is missed, and financial penalties may apply.

EXHIBITOR NEWS BRIEFS:

Exhibitor and Full Conference Badge Registration

Exhibitor Badge Registration is now open and will remain open through the duration of the conference.  Exhibitors will be able to make changes, additions, and edits to exhibitor and full conference badges.  Pre-registered badges can be picked up on-site beginning Sunday, 14 March at 09:00. Badges will not be mailed in advance.

Each exhibitor badge and full conference badge will allow access into all conference education sessions.  After your original allotment has been met, additional exhibitor badges may be purchased for €170 + VAT and additional full conference badges may be purchased for your clients and guests for €295 + VAT or on-site for €395 + VAT.

New for 2010—Get Your Message Out Through a Dedicated Industry Solutions Session

Through theatres on the exhibition floor, educate the marketplace on your products and solutions.  The World of Health IT 2010 will offer industry solutions sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday during exhibition hours. Each presentation will last 45 minutes.  To encourage delegate participation, Industry Solution Sessions will be marketed as part of the official programme.

Interoperability Showcase Applications

Join The World of Health IT Interoperability Showcase

The Interoperability Showcase will demonstrate cutting-edge technology and will allow attendees to discover more about interoperable health IT systems. Attendees will be able to create their own electronic health record and access it across multiple healthcare settings within the Showcase. Clinical scenarios will be enabled by the standards-based Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) framework.

Meeting Space and Hotel Suite Request Forms

The World of Health IT 2010 Conference & Exhibition brings together the largest gathering of healthcare information technology professionals.  In Barcelona, The World of Health IT presents a great opportunity for exhibiting companies to hold meetings on shoulder dates in conjunction with The World of Health IT 2010 Conference & Exhibition.

  • The World of Health IT has meeting space available immediately before and after the conference.
  • Your clients and sales staff will already be in Copenhagen.
  • Don’t miss this opportunity to combine two trips into one.
  • Lower your travel and hotel costs by holding your meeting during the same week as The World of Health IT 2010

Only exhibiting companies may participate in the Meeting Space Request and Hotel Suite Request opportunities. Complete the Meeting Space Request Form and Hotel Suite Request Forms to request space.  Meetings will not be approved during official conference dates and times. Room rental/function space fees, audiovisual and food & beverage are the responsibility of the exhibiting company.  Companies contracting with third parties to plan their meeting should submit a letter of authorisation, on company letterhead, to The World of Health IT, identifying the firm selected to handle planning responsibilities. The World of Health IT welcomes communication from third party contractors but space will only be confirmed to the exhibiting company.
